In May 2011, Cenzic launched its latest customer support portal. It’s an additional way you can manage support requests and find answers to a plethora of questions regarding Cenzic’s products and technology (contacting support via email and phone are still options as well).
Getting Access to the Cenzic Customer Support Portal
Our general policy is to allow two contacts per Cenzic customer account to have access rights to the customer support portal.
In order to access the Cenzic support portal, you need permission rights that are granted from your Customer Success Manager. If you aren’t currently entitled to the Cenzic support portal but believe you should be, please contact Lanette Sonico (LSonico@cenzic.com).
Once you have been approved, you’ll receive an email from marketing@cenzic.com or support@cenzic.com with a user id (your company email) and a temporary, machine-generated password.
Once you have this information, you can log into the new portal! Go to the following URL (we created this website address in order for you to better remember it):
http://www.cenzic.com/support/portal/
This URL redirects to the actual portal site hosted on Salesforce.com:
