Cenzic Customer Support Portal

In order to access the Cenzic support portal, you need permission rights that are granted from your Customer Success Manager. Our general policy is to allow two contacts per Cenzic customer account to have access rights to the customer support portal. If you aren’t currently entitled to the Cenzic support portal but believe you should be:

Once you have been approved, you’ll receive an email from marketing or support with a user id (your company email) and a temporary, machine-generated password.

Once you have this information, you can log into the new portal. Go to the following URL (we created this website address in order for you to better remember it):
