Sales Operation Manager (Sales)
Location: Santa Clara, California Position Type: FTE Relocation Available: No Experience: 4-6 years Education: Undergraduate degree from accredited university required Reporting to the VP of Field Operations, the Sales Operation Manager is responsible for working closely with Sales management and cross-functional team members to enable revenue growth and increase sales productivity by implementing, managing, and improving systems and processes corporate-wide. This position requires the ability to consistently work with abstract ideas or situations across functional areas of the business. Through assessment of intangible variables, this person will be required to identify and evaluate fundamental issues, as well as provide strategy and direction for major functional areas. Candidate must have the ability to influence and negotiate policy-making and interact effectively with all levels of executive level management on extreme critical matters. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Work closely with the sales organizations to ensure timely and accurate management of sales activity and sales forecasts. Track and report on sales activity and pipeline.
- Manage the administration of salesforce.com CRM and Marketo marketing automation implementation. Leverage its capabilities and other add-on solutions to enhance its value to the organization.
- Administer policies to ensure integrity of data in the CRM system(s).
- Analyze sales and sales activity data to derive insights into sales performance. Use this information to make recommendations and implement ongoing improvement in the sales practices.
- Manage the commission process and partner with executive management for ongoing improvements.
Requirements: - 4 to 6 years of sales operations experience in a high tech environment
- Undergraduate degree from accredited university required
- Proven experience with Salesforce.com, ERP and Compensation Management
- Excellent communication (verbal and non-verbal), presentation & interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with the ability to work well under time pressure, to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and to prioritize
- Technical background or aptitude to understand and leverage capabilities/limitations of the various systems used within the organization

Security Engineer (Services)
Location: Santa Clara, California Position Type: Contract to Hire Relocation Available: No Experience: 2-4 years Education: BS/MS in Computer Science, other technical degree, or equivalent applicable experience Are you a motivated and intelligent recent graduate with an interest in software and a good knowledge of web technology? Do you want a position that will keep you on the cutting edge of web technology, specifically in web application security technology? Cenzic is looking for a motivated team-player to join our Security team in our Santa Clara, California office. This position needs to be filled by someone who already possesses knowledge of Web application security principals and tools, and can quickly learn the technologies used at Cenzic. The ability to continuously learn as technology evolves is important for success in this position. This is a three-month contract position with the possibility of hiring at the end of the period. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):- Performing Web application vulnerability assessments
- Gathering necessary information to determine exactly what each issue is
- Where appropriate, reproducing a problem in house, writing tests where necessary
- Liaising with customers to determine appropriate course of remediation
- Provide customer support
- Authoring knowledge-base articles and FAQ’s
Requirements:
- BS/MS in Computer Science, other technical degree, or equivalent applicable experience
- Enjoys solving technical problems and helping others
- Prior experience working in a web/ network security related environment
- Ability to communicate with customers effectively and professionally via phone, email and WebEx
- Strong background of internet technologies and protocols (HTTP, SSL, LDAP)
- Expertise in JavaScript and Web technologies for the browser (HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, Flash)
- Experience with SQL and database management

Software Engineer 1 (Software Development)
Are you a motivated and intelligent recent graduate with an interest in software and a good knowledge of Web technology? Do you want a position that will keep you on the cutting edge of Web technology, specifically in Web application security technology? Cenzic is looking for a motivated team-player to join our engineering team in our Santa Clara, California office. This entry-level position needs to be filled by someone who already possesses knowledge of software development principals and tools, and can quickly learn the technologies used at Cenzic. The ability to continuously learn as technology evolves is important for success in this position. This is a three-month contract position with the possibility of hiring at the end of the period. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): - Research, design, implement, test and deploy new features in our flagship product
- Create robust, high-performing, maintainable code
- A team worker, able to work in a fast paced environment using agile methodologies
- Prototype ideas and measure/validate results
Requirements:
- BS/MS in Computer Science, other technical degree, or equivalent applicable experience
- Sound software design and programming skills
- Experience with Web development (ASP.Net), server side components, and Fat Client using C# and Microsoft .Net Framework
- Experience with SQL and database design
- Desire to learn and grow skills
- Able to give rough work estimates and strive to complete projects per the project schedule
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Desirable skills:- Good understating of multi-threaded application development
- Familiarity with common database engines such as MySQL and Oracle
