Senior Product Manager – Software/SaaS (Marketing, Campbell, California)
Location: Campbell, CA Job Category: Marketing Position Type: Full Time Relocation Available: No Experience: 5 years Education: Bachelor’s As a senior product manager reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you'll be responsible for product management activities including requirements (with Agile process), road-map, customer focus groups, documentation, beta testing process, and packaging for the Cenzic product suite. This is a critical position with both tactical and strategic elements. The product manager will also collaborate with product marketing, key customers, and sales to ensure that product revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. Responsibilities include (but not limited to): - Lead the efforts for product management for the suite of Cenzic products and services focused on web application security. Own and manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to product development to end-of-life for one or more products.
- Write detailed product requirements for engineering and ensure that all requirements are released appropriately. Ensure successful implementation of product enhancements and releases. Track and follow-up on product maintenance issues.
- Manage the alpha/beta process for products when appropriate

- Provide sales support including customer meetings, and sales training for both direct and channel sales
