Security Engineer

Security Engineer

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Position Description:

• Perform web application penetration testing and deliver results in a formally documented written format along with a formal presentation to clients
• Use web application security tools such as Hailstorm, Nessus, Paros, and port scanners like nmap as well as vulnerabiltity assessment tools to perform security assessments
• Create vulnerable web apliction targets for testing, analysis, vulnerability reproduction and training purposes
• Research web application security risks, vulnerabilities and exploits
• Assist with technical administration of company's LAB infrastructure, internal pen-tests, performance testing and connectivity

Qualifications:

• Minimum one year experience.

Skills

• Knowledge of penetration testng (pentesting) for web applications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
